The two biggest security concerns for construction companies today is liability for injuries to unauthorised persons on building sites & the increasing occurrences of plant theft. This is often the result of kids gaining access to a compound and using it as a play area after work has finished for the day or organised gangs with the ability to shift items of heavy plant.

Both of these situations cost contractors millions of pounds each year and in an increasing number of cases, the loss of their insurance cover. Conventional security measures used on temporary compounds are ineffective. This is because the systems currently used, were never designed specifically for this application.
